A cluster of yellow wildflowers called sneezeweed is bathed in the warm glow of evening backlighting. I was Inspired by the dramatic shadows and radiant light of a sunlit flower meadow filled with the sounds of crickets.  Painting this lively scene was a joyful exploration of light, color, and atmosphere.
